After many months of gruelling discussions and hard work, we the NERFN have finally become a constituted body.
What that means for us is that we will soon become a registered charity, be responsible for our own fundraising, management and operations - plus we will now be accepted by the UK Interfaith Network as full members.
It's been a struggle since the Charity Commission amended its rules and regulations just as we'd planned to comply with them - for a while it seemed like pinning the tail on the donkey, only the donkey kept wondering off.
However, we've made it now, and apart from a couple of dotted i and crossed t details, we're optimistic that we've finally got there.
