Civic Service Details

At 2 pm on Saturday 30th May 2009, there is an event at Durham Cathedral, to mark the beginning of the new unitary authority across the region.  The event will see representatives of civic services, faith groups, the public, private and voluntary sector expressing their good wishes for the start of this new era.
